Open Letter – To ZP Advocates, Shaul Zioni, Eli Pillersdorf, and Ohad Phillip

On behalf of their Israeli clients, Eyal Nachum and Tamir Zoltovski, the law firm ZP Advocates, led by Shaul Zioni, Eli Pillersdorf, and Ohad Phillip, has been sending defamatory letters to various companies, including Amazon, Google, IONOS, and others. These letters falsely claim that FinTelegram is engaging in defamation and slander against their clients. However, the accusations made by FinTelegram are based on facts and notarized documents, which prove that Eyal Nachum and Tamir Zoltovski’s companies—Payotech Ltd, Moneta International UAB (now Bruc Bond UAB), and Hermes Solution Podgorica DOO—were involved in facilitating payments for numerous broker scams and fraudulent binary options schemes.

Providing Evidence to Authorities

FinTelegram has shared these facts with authorities, enforcement agencies, and legal professionals in multiple jurisdictions. These facts remain undisputed, meaning they do not constitute defamation. Furthermore, Eyal Nachum was directly offered the opportunity to respond to these findings, but instead of providing a statement, only threats followed.

Despite this, ZP Advocates continues to issue defamatory letters against FinTelegram and its editor, Werner Boehm. For example, they falsely claimed in a letter to the Italian hosting company Easyserver SRL that FinTelegram had a contractual relationship with them—something that is completely untrue. FinTelegram has never had any association with this company. Similarly, they falsely stated that CloudFlare, IONOS, and Automattic had expelled FinTelegram when, in reality, FinTelegram remains a customer of these companies.
